Marta ha format part de l'equip directiu de Qilimanjaro des que s'hi va unir el 2020, a l'inici de les operacions de Qilimanjaro, i ha desenvolupat fortes capacitats de lideratge per impulsar l'empresa a la propera etapa de desenvolupament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:19px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En aquests primers tres anys d'exist\u00e8ncia, Qilimanjaro ha constru\u00eft un s\u00f2lid equip cient\u00edfic i d'enginyeria per convertir-se en un actor prometedor en el mercat dels qubits superconductors, amb un enfocament en qubits de flux per a ordinadors qu\u00e0ntics anal\u00f2gics que s'alliberaran a finals de 2024. Mentrestant, Qilimanjaro ha desplegat el primer ordinador qu\u00e0ntic als Emirats \u00c0rabs Units el 2021 al Technology Innovation Institute, i ha guanyat una licitaci\u00f3 el 2023 per desplegar el primer ordinador qu\u00e0ntic a Espanya, el projecte Quantum-Spain al Barcelona Supercomputing Center. Qilimanjaro ha rebut diverses subvencions, inclosa una important el 2023 del Consell Europeu de la Innovaci\u00f3. En total, Qilimanjaro ha rebut m\u00e9s de 9 milions d'euros en finan\u00e7ament, ha acumulat ingressos superiors a 2 milions d'euros i ha signat contractes per 8 milions d'euros addicionals de nou negoci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:19px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Victor Canivell afegeix: \u201cMarta t\u00e9 les habilitats i la traject\u00f2ria cient\u00edfica per convertir Qilimanjaro en un actor clau en la ind\u00fastria del computaci\u00f3 qu\u00e0ntica. Estem molt contents que assumeixi aquest repte amb el ple suport de l'equip directiu de Qilimanjaro. La traject\u00f2ria de Marta, com a experta en computaci\u00f3 qu\u00e0ntica, com a inform\u00e0tica i com a qu\u00edmica computacional, li proporciona una comprensi\u00f3 \u00fanica de les oportunitats que t\u00e9 al davant.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:19px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Marta P. Ens van ajudar a reunir els recursos, l'estructura i la motivaci\u00f3, i ara estem preparats per a la nostra ascensi\u00f3. De vegades ser\u00e0 dur, i sens dubte hi haur\u00e0 reptes, per\u00f2 l'equip est\u00e0 preparat, la nostra tecnologia est\u00e0 a punt, i confio plenament que arribarem al cim.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:19px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'equip fundador creu que aquest nomenament \u00e9s molt oport\u00fa, tant perqu\u00e8 ara comen\u00e7a la propera etapa de desenvolupament de Qilimanjaro, com tamb\u00e9 pel suport recentment anunciat a Qilimanjaro proporcionat pel Consell Europeu de la Innovaci\u00f3 i pel programa Intel Ignite.
