El projecte CUCO, subvencionat per <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdti.es\/index.asp?idioma=2\">CDTI<\/a>, \u00e9s el fruit de la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 entre cinc centres de recerca (BSC, CSIC, DIPC, ICFO i Tecnalia), set empreses (GMV, BBVA, Repsol, Qilimanjaro Quantum Tech, Amatech, Multiverse Computing i DAS Photonics) i una universitat p\u00fablica (Universitat Polit\u00e8cnica de Val\u00e8ncia). Nom\u00e9s un consorci d'aquesta mena podia cobrir l'aplicaci\u00f3 de les tecnologies qu\u00e0ntiques en \u00e0rees tan diverses de cinc ind\u00fastries estrat\u00e8giques.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'estudi dels algorismes de computaci\u00f3 qu\u00e0ntica t\u00e9 com a objectiu no nom\u00e9s resoldre problemes de c\u00e0lcul impossibles de desxifrar avui dia, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 la velocitat de c\u00e0lcul, amb una difer\u00e8ncia important entre els anys de c\u00e0lcul dels ordinadors cl\u00e0ssics i els segons dels ordinadors qu\u00e0ntics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El projecte t\u00e9 com a objectiu portar el baix consum energ\u00e8tic, l'efici\u00e8ncia i la precisi\u00f3 de c\u00e0lcul a les ind\u00fastries estrat\u00e8giques. La precisi\u00f3 \u00e9s clau per al cofundador i CBO de Qilimanjaro Quantum Tech, Victor Canivell: \u201cAvui dia treballem amb models simplificats per aconseguir aproximacions molt \u00fatils d'aquests c\u00e0lculs, per\u00f2 no deixen de ser aproximacions.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es tracta d'una iniciativa espanyola en la l\u00ednia d'altres iniciatives europeues, un pas cient\u00edfic i estrat\u00e8gic molt necessari:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c<em>\u00c9s crucial que Espanya s'apunti al carro i destini esfor\u00e7os a posar-se al dia en aquest tema.<\/em>\u201dafirma Victor Canivell<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Amb un pressupost de 7,3 milions, el projecte CUCO ha rebut una subvenci\u00f3 que cobreix el 60,1 % del seu cost total a trav\u00e9s del CDTI (el Centre per al Desenvolupament de la Tecnologia Industrial), una entitat p\u00fablica adscrita al Ministeri de Ci\u00e8ncia i Innovaci\u00f3 d&#x27;Espanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Actualment, Espanya s'enorgulleix d'una \u00e0mplia xarxa d'acad\u00e8mics i empreses emergents dedicades a la recerca en computaci\u00f3 qu\u00e0ntica, tal com assenyala V\u00edctor Canivell. Tanmateix, el repte m\u00e9s gran en aquest camp s'identifica com la dificultat de retreure i atraure talent de l'estranger i la manca general de coneixement sobre els possibles efectes disruptius d'aquesta onada incipient de canvi tecnol\u00f2gic. \u201cL'\u00fas efectiu d'aquestes tecnologies requereix la disponibilitat d'experts a nivell nacional, per la qual cosa \u00e9s crucial promoure'n el desenvolupament i la formaci\u00f3\u201d, conclou V\u00edctor Canivell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'article d'ABC continua amb una breu descripci\u00f3 del que \u00e9s un c\u00fabit: \u201cUn oce\u00e0 d'informaci\u00f3 en un \u2018c\u00fabit\u2019\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAmb uns quants \u2018qubits\u2019 es pot emmagatzemar una gran quantitat d'informaci\u00f3, diu Canivell, i estableix la difer\u00e8ncia entre qubits l\u00f2gics i f\u00edsics.
