No form of retaliation will be tolerated against anyone who, in good faith, reports a breach or raises questions about Qilimanjaro\u2019s internal regulations or legislation, nor against anyone who cooperates in an investigation into alleged misconduct.<\/p><h3><strong>Who can report?<\/strong><\/h3><p>Anyone who, in a work or professional context with Qilimanjaro, has obtained information regarding the aforementioned breaches, including: staff (current or former), candidates in recruitment processes, suppliers, customers, contractors and any other third parties.<\/p><h3><strong>What safeguards are in place?<\/strong><\/h3><p>Qilimanjaro\u2019s whistleblowing channel has been designed to provide an environment of maximum security and protection for the whistleblower, based on the following principles:<\/p><ul><li>The absolute confidentiality of the whistleblower\u2019s identity and that of any third party mentioned in the report is guaranteed. The system allows reports to be submitted completely anonymously if desired.<\/li><li>Qilimanjaro expressly prohibits any form of retaliation, discrimination or adverse consequences against individuals who report matters in good faith. This protection extends to all staff and third parties.<\/li><li>The whistleblower is protected provided they act in good faith, understood as the provision of reliable information which the sender reasonably believes to be true, even if a breach cannot ultimately be proven.<\/li><li>All reports are analysed by Qilimanjaro\u2019s Compliance Unit, a collegiate body that guarantees independence, professionalism and objectivity in conducting internal investigations to clarify the facts.<\/li><li>The whistleblower is entitled to receive an acknowledgement of receipt of their report and to be informed of the status and outcome of the investigation, always within the legal framework of confidentiality.<\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>How can I report?<\/strong><\/h3><p>To ensure accessibility, the whistleblower may choose from the following channels:<\/p><ul><li>Via the following form at:<a href=\"https:\/\/qilimanjaro.bizneohr.com\/whistleblowing-channel\"> https:\/\/qilimanjaro.bizneohr.com\/whistleblowing-channel<\/a><\/li><li>The whistleblower may request a face-to-face meeting with the Compliance Unit, which will take place within a maximum of seven days.<\/li><\/ul><p>Without prejudice to the use of this internal channel, whistleblowers may approach the competent authorities via the Spanish Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority (Autoridad Independiente de Protecci\u00f3n del Informante) or the Anti-Fraud Office of Catalonia (Oficina Antifrau de Catalunya) to submit their report through these external reporting channels.<\/p><p>We encourage you to report any <strong>suspicions <\/strong>or <strong>actual misconduct via this channel<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Through this open channel, <strong>we guarantee your anonymity <\/strong>when submitting a report regarding misconduct and throughout the entire process of your case.<\/p><p>Your report must contain the following information:<\/p><ul><li>The type of misconduct or illegal behaviour you wish to report.<\/li><li>Identification of the possible perpetrators<\/li><li>The location where it occurred.<\/li><li>When it occurred. Please state the time, date and whether it is a recurring incident.<\/li><li>Any documentation to which you have had access. If you do not have access to the documentation but know that it exists, please include the type of documentation and where it can be found.<\/li><li>Details of any other action you have taken in relation to the misconduct.<\/li><\/ul><p><em>Note: It is important to read the content of the Data Privacy link before submitting a report. You should not submit personal data that is not clearly relevant to the report. If you submit this type of information, we may remove it without informing you.<\/em><\/p><p><strong>Types of reports: <\/strong>The following types of conduct, amongst others, can be reported via this channel:<\/p><ol><li>Fraud, corruption or bribery<\/li><li>Workplace or sexual harassment.<\/li><li>Discrimination on the grounds of gender, race, religion, sexual orientation or disability, amongst others.<\/li><li>Breaches of privacy and data protection<\/li><li>Any other behaviour that breaches the law or Qilimanjaro\u2019s ethical principles<\/li><\/ol><h3><strong>Anonymity<\/strong><\/h3><p>You are not required to provide personal information. The tool allows you to submit a report anonymously, so you can remain anonymous. No se admitir\u00e1 ning\u00fan tipo de represalia contra cualquier persona que, de buena fe, comunique un incumplimiento o plantee preguntas sobre el C\u00f3digo, normativa interna o legislaci\u00f3n, ni contra quien colabore en una investigaci\u00f3n sobre una supuesta actuaci\u00f3n irregular.<\/p><h3><strong>\u00bfQui\u00e9n puede informar?<\/strong><\/h3><p>Cualquier persona que, en un contexto laboral o profesional con Qilimanjaro, haya obtenido informaci\u00f3n sobre las infracciones mencionadas, incluyendo:\u00a0 personal (actual o pasado), personas en procesos de selecci\u00f3n, proveedores, clientes, contratistas y cualesquiera otros terceros.<\/p><h3><strong>\u00bfCon qu\u00e9 garant\u00edas cuento?<\/strong><\/h3><p>El canal de denuncias de Qilimanjaro ha sido dise\u00f1ado para ofrecer un entorno de m\u00e1xima seguridad y protecci\u00f3n para el informante, bas\u00e1ndose en los siguientes pilares:<\/p><ul><li>Se garantiza la absoluta confidencialidad de la identidad del informante y de cualquier tercero mencionado en la comunicaci\u00f3n. El sistema permite el env\u00edo de comunicaciones de forma totalmente an\u00f3nima si as\u00ed se desea.<\/li><li>Qilimanjaro proh\u00edbe expresamente cualquier tipo de represalia, discriminaci\u00f3n o consecuencia negativa contra las personas que comuniquen hechos de buena fe.
